Pilates & Total Body Conditioning

This class will offer traditional Pilates exercises to strengthen your core and more challenging muscle endurance exercises for your total body. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome. Please bring a mat for this class.

This class is for persons with MS, back conditions, arthritis, senior adults or beginners who would like to take an adapted (gentle) yoga class. You may use a chair during the yoga class. $9 per class.

Morning Mat Pilates with Props

Location: Phelps Center
Classic mat Pilates exercises are taken to the next level with the addition of simple, small props-resistance bands, small stability balls, blocks, and light hand weights. Stability, strength and flexibility remain the focus of every class, and use of props is comletely optional for participants. Progression and modifications are always offered. Props are provided. $8 per class
