Alcohol, drugs and firearms/weapons are prohibited in any PARA center, facility or park. Tobacco products are prohibited indoors.
A rental party is required to have in their possession at all times during their rental event a copy of their Rental Confirmation Permit and a copy of the Rental/Shelter/Field Rental Information & Rules.
It is the policy of Tuscaloosa County Park & Recreation Authority that no person shall, on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, national origin or disability, be denied employment, excluded from participation in, denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in any program or activity.
