Online Registration

  1. How do I get my username and password?

    • Are you a PARA member? Have you ever taken a class, played a sport, rented a room or participated in any PARA activity?
      1. Chances are, you already have a username/password with us. You can find your login information on your most recent receipt, or call us for your information. 205-562-3220
      2. Your login information can be found on your receipt, at the top right corner. Your username is your "Household ID #". Your password is your "email address". If you do not have an email address on file, your password is your "Household ID #".
      3. If you haven’t received your PARA key fobs, please fill out the "Household Registration Form" to get your key fobs for identification for future PARA activities and registrations.
    • If you have NEVER been a member, NEVER taken a class, played a sport or participated in any PARA activity:
      1. Go to the PARA website, click on "Online Registration" and click on "Create an Account".
      2. You must have an email address to use online registration.
      3. Please be sure to include the information for all of your family members, including birthdates.
      4. Proceed with your online registration or payments.
      5. Fill out the "Household Registration Form" to get your PARA key fobs for identification for future PARA activities and registrations.
  2. How do I use online registration?

    1. Visit our website: www.tcpara.org and click on the tab that reads "Online Registration."
    2. Login, using your username and password.
    3. Click on the category that you wish to browse. (Ex. Aquatics, Daycamp or Shelters)
    4. You will notice an image of a shopping cart to the left of the activities online. To register, you will click on the shopping cart, and click the "Enroll Now" button at the bottom of your screen to add it to your cart.
    5. Please select the family member(s) you wish to enroll in this activity and click on "Add to Cart". Watch for a pop up banner at the bottom of your screen. You will need to click "Add to Cart" a second time on that banner.
    6. You may be prompted with a waiver--- you must click "Yes, I agree" to proceed.
    7. You may now receive a series of questions. Please answer the questions completely, and follow the prompt.
    8. You will see a screen with your shopping cart and the options, "Continue Shopping" and "Proceed to Checkout". Select the option that suits your needs.
    9. When you are ready to checkout, click on "Proceed to checkout".
    10. You will confirm that the payment amount is correct, and then click "Continue" to proceed to the next page and complete your payment.
    11. You can choose to print your receipt or have it emailed to you. Please fill out any attached documents, and return to the PARA office.
  3. What is available online?

    • Registration for most PARA activities, classes and team sports
    • Facility Rentals (Buildings, Fields, Activity Center Rooms and Shelters.
    • Facility Availability Calendars and Room Reservations (Go to "Browse Facilities")
    • Memberships (New and Renewals)
  4. Daycamp and Extended Day Registration

    1. To pay the registration fees for Summer Daycamp or Extended Day, click on "Step 1: Register"
      1. You will notice an image of a shopping cart to the left of the Day Camp and Extended Day Registration locations. To register, you will click on the shopping cart, and click the "Enroll Now" button at the bottom of your screen to add it to your cart.
      2. Please select the family member(s) you wish to enroll in this activity and click on "Add to Cart".
      3. You may be prompted with a waiver--- you must click "Yes, I agree" to proceed.
      4. You will see a screen with 2 options, "Continue Shopping" and "Proceed to Checkout". Select the option that suits your needs.
      5. When you are ready to checkout, click on "Proceed to checkout".
      6. You will confirm that the payment amount is correct, and then click "Continue" to proceed to the next page and complete your payment.
    2. To enroll in days/weeks of Summer Daycamp or Extended Day, click on "Step 2: Enroll"
      *NOTE: You must FIRST pay the registration fees to enroll for days/weeks of camp or extended day.*
      1. You will see a screen that says "Childcare Calendar".
        1. Select the child you wish to enroll.
        2. Select the location in which you want to enroll your child.
        3. Select the Childcare sub type (for example "summer"), Childcare Type, Childcare Category
        4. Select the Month in which you wish to enroll
        5. Click on View Calendar OR see below
        6. Optional: If you wish to enroll for a certain time period (the entire month), click on "Create A Pattern", and you can select the date range and days of week on which you would like to register your child.
      2. Click on the days displayed on the calendar on which your child will attend. To go to the next month, click on "Next Month".
      3. When finished adding dates, click on "Add to Cart."
      4. You may be prompted with a waiver--- you must select "Yes" to proceed.
      5. You will see a screen with 2 options, "Continue Shopping" and "Proceed to Checkout". Select the option that suits your needs.
      6. When you are ready to checkout, click on "Proceed to Checkout".
      7. You will confirm that the payment amount is correct, and then click "Continue" to proceed to the next page and complete your payment.
