Mondays & Wednesdays

Mondays are designed for beginners & classes will receive more instruction & demonstration.

Wednesday classes are for more advanced dancers.

This class will offer traditional Pilates exercises to strengthen your core and more challenging muscle endurance exercises for your entire body.  All ages and levels of fitness are welcome.

Yoga Therapy 402110
 

An adaptive Yoga class geared toward the person with Multiple Sclerosis or other similar challenges. The class, which occasionally utilizes a chair, involves pranayama, meditation, and adapted asana. The class would also be good for seniors or beginner Yoga students of any age.

Learn relaxation techniques while you increase your strength and flexibility. New classes begin monthly. Bring your Yoga mat and join us any time!

Volleyball Lessons 402189
 

These classes are for girls in the 5th-8th grades. Students will have opportunities to learn or improve basic volleyball skills. The instructor coaches Junior High and Varsity at Tuscaloosa Christian School & won the State Championship in 2011. She has been coaching volleyball for over 10 years and has been the official scorekeeper for UA volleyball since 1998.
