This is a beginning ballet class for girls and boys, ages 8-10. The classes will focus on training and musicality which will help develop self-esteem and self-expression.

This is a new fitness program that you will get hooked on and look forward to attending! The class includes calorie burning and body energizing movements with a Latin flair. Classes include some muscle toning exercises, so bring a pair of hand weights to use for each class. The easy to follow moves are set to a pace to challenge your heart, mind and muscles. Come for fun, and to improve your health!

An adaptive Yoga class geared toward the person with Multiple Sclerosis or other similar challenges. The class, which occasionally utilizes a chair, involves pranayama, meditation, and adapted asana. The class would also be good for seniors or beginner Yoga students of any age.

Discover this exciting and beautiful art form with professional dancer, Seraphina. Belly dancing is a fun and safe way to lose weight, gain stamina and relieve stress! The first hour opens with yoga warm-up (yoga mat optional) followed by basic movement drills and isolations. Spend the second hour learning a series of combinations that will become a full dance! Prepare to sweat while meeting new friends and feeling good about yourself!

These classes are for girls in the 6th-8th grades. Students will have opportunities to learn or improve basic volleyball skills. The instructor coaches Junior High and Varsity at Tuscaloosa Christian School & won the State Championship in 2011. She has been coaching volleyball for over 10 years and has been the official scorekeeper for UA volleyball since 1998.
