Tutoring
 

Tutoring is available for elementary students in a variety of subjects. By reservation only.  Monday-Wednesday.

 

Location: Phelps Center

 

Cost: $15/hour for elementary students (K-6)

Puppy Kindergarten 402185
 

This class will allow your puppy to build confidence and learn canine social etiquette. Puppies will be exposed to all kinds of people, situations and other dogs at an early age and are taught good behavior. Instructions will focus on puppies responding to his/her name, sit, down, come, polite greeting and bite inhibition. For puppies 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 months old.

 

Day: Tuesdays

 

Time: 6:30-7:30 p.m.

  

Cost: $125 per puppy

Basic Guitar Lessons 402166
 

Students will learn basic guitar techniques such as chords, tuning, strumming, picking and accompaniment for singing.  An acoustic guitar is needed, no electric ones, please.

The lessons are designed for students age 7 and older.

Cake Decorating 402108
 

You will learn the right way to decorate, step-by-step, so that you experience the excitement of successfully decorating your first cake in a Wilton Method Course.

You'll understand how to bake a great cake, see how to make and color icing, and learn the best way to ice the cake. You will also practice the three fundamentals of decorating, enabling you to approach each technique the right way for great results.

Along the way, you'll learn to create icing drop flowers, rosettes, shells, pompom flowers, leaves, shaggy mums and the ribbon rose. You'll also decorate cookies, cupcakes... and of course, cakes!

Beginning to advanced classes are taught by Cathy Earnest, member of the National Baton Twirling Association.  Reduced pricing for multiple classes during the same session or for more than one child in a family. Registration deadline is the day class begins.

Tiny Twirlers- Beginning classes for kindergarten and elementary students.

Beginner I & II Baton & Dance Twirl- For elementary through middle school students.

Advanced Beginner Baton & Dance Twirl/Majorette Prep- Individual or Majorette lines, by instructor placement only, for middle-high school students.

Intermediate Baton & Dance Twirl/Majorette Prep- Individual or Majorette lines, by instructor placement, for middle-high school students.

Advanced Baton & Dance Twirl/Majorette Prep- Individual or Majorette lines, "A" Team, by instructor placement, for middle school through college age students.
