What does it include?

• $25 Registration Fee
• $125/year for an individual (Age 16+)
• $25/year per additional family member

1) If you already have a key fob:

• you can go to any PARA activity center or the administrative office and register at the window, during normal business hours.
• you can register online, by clicking the "online registration" tab at the top of your screen.
  

2) If you do NOT have a key fob, fill out this form, and take it into any PARA office to get your key fob. You may then register in the office or online, by clicking the "online registration" tab at the top of your screen.
