Spring 2014 Season
The purpose of the Juniors Program is to enable young boys and girls the opportunity to take part in a fun and semi-structured session of skill building games with a soccer focus. Players will actively participate in fun skill games that begin to establish the foundation of what will become future soccer oriented skills (body awareness, agility, passing, dribbling, field awareness, ability to manipulate the ball). The Juniors Program is only open to those in the U4 age group or those who are at least three years of age as of the registration deadline.
Players will choose one session per week from a list of scheduling options.

Tuscaloosa United Academy (Developmental Soccer):
Practices and Games held on Tuesdays and Thursdays For young players and players new to the sport of soccer, the academy program offers excellent instruction in basic soccer skills, an introduction to team play and emphasis on individual skill development. Players receive significant one-on-one instruction and the opportunity to play in small-sided games. Age groups (U5-U8)

Tuscaloosa United Soccer League (Recreational Soccer):
Practices held on Tuesdays and Thursdays with games on Saturdays For players with some soccer background and experience and with an interest in playing soccer on local teams, TUSL offers recreational soccer with an emphasis on continued individual skills development and rudimentary team play. Players will practice with their assigned teams and receive additional skills instruction. Age groups (U9-U13)

ELITE Soccer Program:
The Elite Program is designed to serve the needs of the advanced player, providing high level skills training and competitive team play in the Alabama Youth Soccer Association (AYSA) State League. The program is designed for the experienced player who has attained the requisite level of skill necessary to compete at the highest levels of competitive soccer in Alabama.

Recreational baseball program that emphasizes a fun and positive learning environment at an affordable price for both boys and girls ages 3-6. Teams play an 8 game season with games held at the McDonald Hughes Center baseball fields.

|Volleyball Lessons 402189|
These classes are for girls in the 6th-8th grades. Students will have opportunities to learn or improve basic volleyball skills. The instructor coaches Junior High and Varsity at Tuscaloosa Christian School & won the State Championship in 2011. She has been coaching volleyball for over 10 years and has been the official scorekeeper for UA volleyball since 1998.

PARA is proud to announce a partnership with UOC Sports Medicine to help keep our athletes safe from head injury and concussion. As part of this initiative, UOC will provide concussion and head injury awareness training for coaches and parents and UOC Athletic Trainers will be present at select PARA programs & activities.
