Dance/Fitness Class- Free fitness class that uses line and rhythmic dancing as a source of fun cardio exercise

Senior’s Program- Free program for senior citizens which provides activities such as exercise, travel, spirit calls, and celebrations which aim to enhance the members physically, socially, mentally, and spiritually

After School Program- Free after school program serves kids from kindergarten through 5th grade.  Kids are provided a daily snack then are assisted with homework and allowed recreational time afterwards

Summer Food Service Program- A federal program funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture provides kids up to the age of 18 free nutritious meals during summer vacation Click here for menu.

Golden Dove Martial Arts Class- Free program which participants from age 3 through adult learn discipline, concentration, persistence, confidence, dedication, and leadership while obtaining self-defense knowledge through the techniques of Judo, Taekwondo, and Haikido

Family Guidance Center of Alabama’s Kids and Kin- Free program specifically designed to support and assist people that take care of their relative’s kids through educational workshops, resources, support activities, and quarterly newsletters

SnapEd Health and Nutrition Class- Free program who’s goal is to improve the likelihood that individuals eligible for SNAP will make healthy choices within a limited budget and choose active lifestyles consistent with the current dietary guidelines for Americans and MyPlate.

Community Service Programs of West Alabama’s Energy Conservation Counseling Class- Free counseling class aimed at reducing low income home energy needs by providing information, tips, materials, and assistance to registered participants

University of Alabama’s LIFT Program- Learning Initiative and Financial Training program that aims to provide individuals with free job skills training, financial literacy, and computer knowledge

University of Alabama’s Save First Tax Service- Free tax preparation and filing service for households that meet certain criteria

University of Alabama’s West End Health Project- Free volunteer-based clinic that provides health assessments, monitoring, and evaluations as a supplement to current medical care
