The Tuscaloosa Veteran's Association is continually adding polished granite slabs to the "Veterans Park" at the University Mall. Any service member from Alabama who has "served honorably" for a period of at least ninety (90) days on active duty or in the reserve components of the Armed Forces of the United States of America at any time, including any person whose service was less than ninety (90) days due to injury illness or death, may have his/her name engraved on the memorial which will be prominently displayed in the Veterans Park.
