Facilities Committee Meeting Schedule

The facilities committee meeting is scheduled for the last Tuesday of each month.  

We will meet at the Northport Community Center at 8am.

ADVERTISEMENT AND NOTICE FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by PARA, a Public Corporation, in the Administrative Office, 614 Greensboro Ave., Tuscaloosa, AL, on the 27th day of October, 2020, until 10 a.m., local time, and then publicly opened and read for the furnishing of all labor, materials (where required) for performing a public works project according to the plans, details, specifications and Contract Documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference for qualified bidders shall be held by PARA, a PublicCorporation, at the 614 Greensboro Ave., Tuscaloosa AL, on the 20th day of October 2020 at 10a.m., local time.Award of the contract will be made within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of the bid opening. The project shall be known as All-Inclusive Playground Pavilion  and the general character of said public works project shall consist of the following: Construction of a pavilion with restrooms. Plans and specifications and all related Contract Documents are open for public inspection online at www.tcpara.org or at the offices of PARA, located at 614 Greensboro Ave., Tuscaloosa, Alabama, from the office of Adrian Cleckler,designated authority for this purpose. Plans, specifications, and Contract Documents may be obtained electronically.
