Mission/Purpose:

The Tuscaloosa Basketball Association is excited to announce our Summer 3v3 Basketball League! This league, for rising 4th-8th graders, will be played on Saturday mornings in June and July exclusively at the Belk Activity Center. Games will be played using half-court and a 20-minute running clock. Teams will be organized by team managers. Coaching will not be permitted during game play. 
 

Divisions within the program:

Divisions within the league will be separated by gender and grade specific for 4th-8th graders.
 

Season:

• Games will be played June 3 through July 30. Each team will play two games per game day (Saturday mornings) culminating in a single elimination tournament set for the first weekend in August. 
   

Registration Process:

• This is a TEAM REGISTRATION only sport. Team managers will register their teams. Individuals can then reimburse their team manager for their share of the cost of registration. No free agents will be assigned. Max 5 players per roster.
  
  Eligibility to play in a division within the summer 3v3 TBA league is dictated by grade level. We will base your child’s designated division by the grade they will be going into this fall. For example, if your child will be entering the 4th grade, they will register for the 4th grade age division.
  
  Team managers will be required to have a school report card or progress report on hand at all games for each player as proof they are registered in the correct age division.

• As a part of the registration process, team managers are also required to fill out a Team Roster Form. 
   

Cost:

$500 per team
5 players max per team roster
Please note, teams will be responsible for providing their own jerseys.
