NFL All-Girl Flag Football — FALL 2026 SEASON
K - 8th GRADE
Join us for all-girl NFL flag football season.
Flag football is now a sponsored varsity sport at 15 colleges in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and offers a growing opportunity for girls across America! |
Enrollment is by GRADE (entering 2026-2027 school year).
Divisions will be set based on enrollment numbers. Multiple grades may be grouped together, or if enrollment is high for certain grades, they may have their own grade division. It's all based on registration/enrollment — so SPREAD THE WORD!
- KEY REGISTRATION DATES:
- Registration: May 4,2026
- Registration closes: July 31
- REGISTRATION DETAILS:
- $100 individual
- All teams are allowed a maximum roster of eight players. (Minimum 6)
- Individually registered players will be grouped together or placed on a team not at max capacity. Players must register individually, and the coach will be responsible for turning in a team's roster.
REGULAR SEASON DATES:
Sept. 13 - November 8, 2026

Locations:
Practices & Games played on SUNDAY afternoon/evening. Practices will be 30 minutes to an hour before game time.
Equipment/Uniform Requirements
PARA will provide jersey and belt with flags. Shorts and fan swag can be ordered separately on NFL Flag Fan Shop.
Players will be required to have mouth guard, gloves, rubber cleats, and athletic shorts with no pockets.
