Players will submit preferred days and times during registration. Final schedules will be created based on group formation and availability, allowing flexibility to best accommodate players and maximize training groups.

In the event of unsafe weather or field conditions, sessions will be rescheduled. Communication will be sent via email with updated scheduling options.

Due to the small group format, we ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or scheduling changes. We will work with families to reschedule sessions when possible based on availability. Missed sessions without proper notice may not be able to be rescheduled.
