- ● Allow players to make their own decisions during games
- ● Respect referees, coaches, players, and opponents
- ● Address concerns privately and away from the field
- ● Follow the 24-hour rule before discussing game-related concerns
- ● Parents are responsible for the behavior of all spectators attending on their behalf
3. Coaches
- ● Create a positive, fun, and development-focused environment
- ● Use game-based training that encourages decision-making
- ● Treat all players with respect and support their development
- ● Communicate clearly with players and families
- ● Represent TUSC values in all interactions
4. Commitment & Accountability
- ● Attend training and games consistently
- ● Communicate conflicts in advance
- ● Be reliable and accountable to your team
- ● Commitment level may impact playing time, role, or placement
5. Consequences
- ● Verbal warning
- ● Removal from the field area
- ● Further action as determined by TUSC
