General Information/Registration

This coed league, for ages 8-13, is designed for entry level players, coaches, and teams to experience the game of volleyball. Players ages 5-10 will have fun growing in the volleyball world and deciding if this is a sport for them! We will focus on fundamental development and skill building. Players ages 11-13 will also work on elevating to intermediate play. 
 

Fall 2024 Season League

August 5th-September 20th, 2024

Tuesday and Thursday games 5:30pm-8:30pm

Practices Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays 4:30-8:30pm (Facilities provided)

All teams responsible for providing their own uniforms

• 8-10 year olds

• 11-13  year olds (cannot play on any school team)

$100 per player individually* (names given to volunteer Coaches as they sign up under age)

$650 per team( 8 players at the most)

No Coaches provided

Volunteer Coaches needed

*Please note, every effort will be made to place each registered free agent onto a team, but we cannot guarantee placement. A prompt refund will be issued at the start of the season if we are unable to place your child onto a team. Team placement for free agents will depend upon the number of volunteer coaches. Parents of players are also encouraged to volunteer coach if possible. 

Spring 2024 Volleyball Tournament:

Ages: 9U, 10U, 11U and 12U

• April 20th and 21st starting at 8:30am to 5:30pm

• May 18^th and 19^th starting at 8:30am-5:30pm

Pool Play rolling into Bracket Play on Sunday for championship

- Gold and Silver

- Single Elimination

Belk Activity Center

6-10 per team

$200 per team for the weekend

Development Lab Clinic:

Who-Ages: 8yrs old-12 yrs old

What-Skills : Hitting, Serving, Passing, Footwork, and Fundamentals of Volleyball

When: April 9th-12^th  5:30pm-8pm  Beginners

            April 23rd- 26^th 5:30pm-8pm Intermediate

Where: Belk Activity Center

Why: Strengthen and Develop Fundamentals of Volleyball

How much: $75 per player

Aging Date: Season Beginning Date (8/5)
A birth certificate is required for participation. (Submit Birth Certificate Online)
 

Practices & Games

Practices and games will be held at any of the following locations: Belk Center, McAbee Center or Faucett Brother Activity Center. Games will be played on Saturdays with a possibility of Tuesday play.
 

Practice days and times will vary. Weekly practices will be scheduled by coaches. Coaches may choose to hold additional off-site practices at their discretion.

COACHES NEEDED!

Team placement will depend upon the number of volunteer coaches. Parents of players are also encouraged to volunteer coach if possible. For details on coaching see Coaches Information below.
