Join us for the 3rd Annual Community Health Expo on March 21, 2026 from 10AM-2PM at the Buddy Powell Pavilion for LIVE fitness classes, screenings, fittings, food, vendors and FUN! FREE event open to the public. Now accepting vendors and sponsorships. See sign-up details below.

• Presenting Sponsor $1,000 — Available

• Program/Area Sponsor $500 (Kids Zone) — Available

• Event/Swag Sponsor $250 — SOLD: Oak Street Health

• Vendor Table/Booth $50 — VERY LIMITED Availability (Less than 5 spots left!!)

• 501(c)(3) Non-Profit and Food Truck $0 (FREE)

- Food Truck Vendors may elect to donate a portion of proceeds to benefit the PARA Foundation Mason's Place All-Inclusive Playground Project and Youth Sports Scholarships.

Vendors/Sponsors may begin set-up/arrival at 9:00AM (one hour prior to the event). 

This is a covered pavilion outdoor rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather, cancellation will be communicated via email and PARA social media.

If you need to cancel for any reason, please give 48-hour advance notice.
