The Tuscaloosa Veterans Memorial Park has over 3,800 names engraved on the “Honor Roll of Veterans” monuments. The engraved names represent a lasting tribute to the person who is special to you or your family. The inscription includes the veteran’s name, branch of service and conflict or war.

The completed application along with a copy of DD214 or other proof of service, and the $100 fee can be mailed to Veterans Memorial Park Fund, c/o Faucett Brothers Activity Center, 13040 Eugenia Faucett Drive, Northport, AL 35473
