What is Pickleball? One of the fastest growing sports in the nation that combines elements of tennis, ping-pong, and badminton, played with a paddle and more durable whiffle ball. The game is played with two or four players on indoor or outdoor courts of badminton size, or a slightly modified tennis court, according to officials.

Indoor Pickleball play is included with PARA membership or a daily user fee applies. Outdoor Pickleball play is free to the public!

Hours of Operation:

Open Play Courts:
Courts 4-11: Open play all day (no reservations required)

Monday – Friday: 4:30pm – 9:30pm
Court Fees:
Courts 12–16: $10 per hour
Courts 1-3 (covered courts): $15 per hour
Saturday: 6:00am – 9:30pm
Sunday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

Bower’s Park Pickleball Courts will be open on UA Home Football Game Weekends, Friday and Saturday, normal operating hours. The only entrance and exit will be from James I Harrison Blvd. This could change at any time, as necessary based on operation needs and conditions.

UA Pickleball Club will be practicing at Bower’s Park Pickleball Courts on Sundays and Tuesdays, 5:30pm-7:30pm beginning Sunday, September 6 and will continue until December 15. They will be using courts 12-19 and will not be available. Courts 1-11 will be open and available to the public.
