A team roster and all league fees or signed letter of commitment are due upon registration. Any team that chooses NOT to pay the fee for the tournament and pays the fee for the regular season may add the tournament if fees are paid and PARA is notified by the date as stated in the 2020 Adult Softball By-Laws. Any team that chooses to pay the fee for the tournament and decides not to play in the tournament during the time frame as outlined in the 2021 Adult Softball By-Laws may receive a refund for the cost of the tournament play only. At minimum, fees for regular league play are due at the time of registration.
****Note to all managers****
The managers meeting for all leagues will be held at 6 p.m. at the Belk Activity Center located at 2101 Bowers Park Drive. NO LEAGUE FEES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE MANAGERS MEETING. A team roster and the league fee, or a signed letter of commitment by sponsor will be due at the time of registration. A $25 late fee will be charged to all teams that register after the managers meeting. All teams are encouraged to have the coach or assistant coach present at the meeting. All coaches will be required to sign a coach’s code of conduct.
